Are you thinking you are going to organize yourself and have some real energy how do I clean my room full of junk? and tackle the junk room. You are keeping the stuff in the junk room so that the rest of your house looks nice.
The junk room is so overcrowded with unwanted stuff that you cannot even open the door. Do some planning and organize yourself before it can come to a disaster room of your home.
I am going to share with you a step-by-step process to clean and tackle the junk room. You have to be patient as it will take some time for you to clean all the junk. But I still believe it can be done finally.

Habits-of-Room-Cleaning
Step 1
Collect the tools, a Bucket, water, several garbage bags, three laundry basket, some paper notes and a piece of marker to write down the tasks. A timer on your mobile phone will do. If you like music to hear keep it as a company to relax and feel upbeat.
Step 2
Label one paper note for each laundry basket that goes in a different room and put the baskets outside the room. The main objective is to reduce the volume of stuff in this room.
Step 3
Open a garbage bag for garbage and another for recycling the stuff.
Step 4
Set a timer for 15 minutes. Walk into the room and assess. It is a mess but that is why we are here for. Clean the big things and big stuff first that is obviously trash to throw out. Pull them out and put them in front of your door or the space you are not using. Try to get them totally out of the space. Finally, remember to stop the timer when it is done. Now try to set the timer again for 15 minutes and move on to the medium and smaller things to remove.
Big things are beds, tables, bookshelves, desks, clothes racks, empty suitcases, bags, sports gear, empty boxes, empty bins, etc.
Medium things are clothes, large toys, whole games, books, magazines, sets of objects, shoes, bags, tote bags, gift-wrapping stuff, crafting stuff, etc.
Small things are photos, paperwork, files, and open containers of small stuff.
Now that you have some more room, see if you can clear the surface to work on. A desk or folding table are all perfect for this.

Step 5
Set a timer for 15 minutes. Start working on the medium things. Try to just work out one category at a time. If the room is jammed with 80% clothes, then pull out all the clothes in one category.
Step 6
At this point, you are done for the day. Take the stuff that belongs in the other rooms and put them inside each room and keep going until the basket is done and empty. Try to write down any notes and actions that you need to take with the other repair.
Step 7
Come back and repeat the exact process for the small stuff. It will take you longer to do this step than the others because these are items to deal with than the large and medium size stuff.
